COO

Main Duties

To maximise market opportunities and optimise operational efficiency with a view to increase market penetration, revenue growth, customer experience and shareholder value.
 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Input

 

  • Working together with the CEO to set, lead and execute strategic objectives
  • Engagement with all stakeholders to ensure the achievement of objectives
  • Prepare & execute proposals related to growth and programme diversification
  • Align performance measures to strategic goals

Business Development

 

  • Assimilate an in-depth knowledge of the market
  • Adopt an ear-to-the-ground approach on potential business development opportunities
  • Maintain constant focus to grow the BLM portfolio
  • Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with main stakeholders

Operations

 

  • Ensure that the client experience is impeccable across all of the BLM core services  
  • Maintain excellent relationships with foreign partners and explore possibilities to leverage their expertise
  • Be constantly focused on challenging the organisation to be forward-looking and innovative

Talent Management

 

  • Deal with all team members  to ensure; appropriate coaching is provided, KPIs are being met and corrective actions is taken when necessary
  • Maintain enthusiastic attitude to build a positive morale amongst all team members

Other

 

  • Focus on important ad hoc projects as and when required

The selected candidate must have a proven track record of achievement.
