Students received a Level 5 Award in HR Practices and Employment Law from the Academy of Business Leaders

A total of 38 students received a Malta Qualifications Framework Level 5 Award in HR Practices and Employment Law from the Academy of Business Leaders earlier this week, after successfully completing the four month course. Students, hailing from various industries, formed part of two cohorts, held in February and June 2014.

The training programme is a home-grown, accredited course targeted at individuals holding human resources positions. The aim of this programme is to bring employment law and HR together giving participants the ability to evaluate, implement and manage a broad range of Human Resources matters and employment legal issues, within their organisations.

The training courses were run by Mr. Joseph Farrugia, HR Consultant & Trainer at Mdina International, and Dr. Roselyn Borg Knight, Founder & Advocate at Twenty One Law.

A ceremony was held on 6th January at the Academy of Business Leaders in Mosta.  This ceremony is the first to be held at the newly inaugurated premises for Business Leaders Malta, which boasts of a fully equipped training centre and offices with spectacular views of the iconic Mosta Dome.
