Coaching in organisations
New accredited courses are being added to the Academy of Business Leaders’ repertoire - Level 5 Certificate and Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring
programmes, issued by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Coaching is a useful way of developing individuals' skills and abilities which leads to a boost in work performance. At its best, coaching addresses personal skills and development, as well as business and work skills. Coaching is about helping individuals build self-awareness, personal confidence and leadership ability, not simply teaching job skills.
