Esprimi has been commissioned to run a new study that investigates people's thought processes and preferences when dining out.
The study takes the form of a set of focus groups amongst young people and parents of children aged 3 to 9.

The Esprimi research team yesterday launched a campaign inviting the general public to participate in these group discussions, where participants will be rewarded for their participation with cash and other give aways.
