About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated individual to join our Academy’s administrative team. The successful candidate will represent the ethos and culture of the academy as its main point of contact to students and tutors and should therefore be very customer oriented and an excellent communicator.

The successful applicant will work in a busy environment and be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of the day-to-day running of the academy’s related administrative tasks.  It is therefore expected that the chosen candidate is highly organised, flexible, and can work under pressure and as part of a committed and highly effective team.

 
The successful candidate will be expected to:
 
  • Work on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm;
  • Be the main point of contact for students from registration to graduation and will be responsible for greeting students at the beginning of each lesson;
  • Liaise with the tutors with regards to lesson schedules and assignments.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 
  • Managing all aspects of the student virtual learning platform;
  • Managing all aspects and ensuring that each step is documented for assignments;
  • Maintaining quality assurance records;
  • Issuing invoices and chasing debtors;
  • Monitoring stock, ordering consumables and manage the general maintenance and upkeep of the Academy;
  • Ensuring that the Academy is clean and set-up according to standards before each lesson and when the academy is rented out;
  • Managing calendar invites and scheduling of programmes;
  • Preparing student feedback reports;
  • Assisting the Academy Manager.


Salary:   €18K

The Academy of Business Leaders is a dynamic Academy, offering accredited courses in Leadership and Management, Human Resources, Employment Law, and Marketing. In November 2017, we are launching a Centre for Finance Studies offering ACCA and CGMA courses.
