The talk, Persuasive Leadership: Lessons from the Arts will show the power and practical relevance of storytelling and symbolism in persuading employees and managers. Focusing on vision, mobiliation and strategy execution, the practical application of persuasive leadership will be demonstrated for the daily work of the human resource professional. A key element of the talk will be about purpose - how to find it for yourself and for those you lead and the benefits of helping those we lead to do so.
