One Second Ahead

Themed to coincide with the London Olympics and Euro 2012, One Second Ahead drew parallels between sport and business and centred on competitive competence. The programme focused on issues like planning and preparation, attitude tuning, risk management, nurturing an appetite for change, and leadership and managerial ability. There were video messages from former England and Manchester United defender Gary Neville and Juventus manager Antonio Conte who emphasized the importance of discipline and work ethic.
