Psychology of Sales
The psychology of sales helps to develop advanced communication and persuasion skills to build better relationships with people and clients. Mdina Partnership UK directors Susan Cole and Mark Jacobs demonstrated how people do not need to possess sales skills to understand how to communicate more effectively with others.
This Insights workshop provided a window into advanced communication techniques, including the latest in neuroscience technology. Participants understood their own communication preferences and how to interact with people who have different communication styles, through a do’s and don’ts session and a new ability to listen out for hidden language patterns.
