The Good, the Bad and the Ugly!

A number of companies have welcomed social networking sites such as Facebook & Twitter and use them primarily to attract customers. 

Most employers are close to their customers but not to their prospective employees, missing out on opportunities to increase the quality of recruitment and dramatically reduce associated costs. 

Employees, on the other hand, use social media whilst at work & at home and this remains an issue for employers/HR Managers as they need to balance the opportunity with the risks they face.
