Jordan Schwarzenberger, Co-Founder of Arcade Media, is a dynamic force in the digital media landscape, renowned for managing Europe’s leading content creators, The Sidemen, who boast over 130 million followers across platforms. Under his guidance, The Sidemen have diversified their brand by launching successful ventures such as the fried chicken restaurant chain Sides, premium alcohol brand XIX Vodka, and the exclusive membership platform Side+.
Embarking on his career at 17, Jordan gained early experience as a creative at VICE and later at LADbible, where he contributed to the inception of the creative agency JOYRIDE, collaborating with brands like Amazon, Activision, PepsiCo, and Sony. At 19, he founded Roundabout, the UK’s pioneering Gen Z agency, partnering with entities such as MTV and Boiler Room to enhance their youth engagement strategies. His trajectory continued as he became the first Chief Creative Officer at YMU Group, Europe’s largest talent management company, overseeing creative strategies for over 1,000 clients, including prominent figures like Ant and Dec, Take That, Amelia Dimoldenberg, and Munya Chawawa.
Beyond Arcade Media, Jordan offers consultancy services, conducting ‘Power Hours’ to mentor entrepreneurs and founders in overcoming challenges and fostering innovation. He holds advisory positions on several boards, including Soho House’s membership committee and Outernet Global’s youth board, a £1 billion immersive entertainment district in London. His contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in 2023 and a nomination for the Rising Star Award at the 2023 British Podcast Awards.
