Katrina Grech, COO at Mdina Partners, is a champion of leadership development and a dedicated advocate for lifelong learning. With over a decade of experience in talent development, training, and operations, Katrina brings a wealth of expertise to helping individuals and organisations unlock their full potential.
Katrina’s career began in the telecommunications sector, where she spent seven years designing and delivering diverse training programmes for contact centres, sales teams, and management. Her role as Training Manager saw her leading initiatives in talent management, leadership development, and upskilling, as well as product launches and sales training. She carried this passion forward to her work at Business Leaders Malta, where she was instrumental in setting up the Centre of Finance in the Academy and advancing employee research functions through Esprimi. Her research on generational employee trends in Malta has been a cornerstone of her contributions to senior business leaders and HR professionals.
Katrina’s academic pursuits reflect her drive for innovation in
learning. She holds an MSc in Work Psychology from the University of London, with a focus on leveraging technology for diverse generational learners. She also pursued advanced studies in Leadership and Innovation with the University of Strathclyde and MIM, as well as a Diploma in Coaching
and Mentoring. Certified as a PRISM Practitioner, Katrina continues to coach and lecture in HR and leadership programmes.

Her year of solo travel across Asia and Australia shaped her approach to learning, fostering
a spirit of discovery and openness to cultures. Katrina’s commitment to experiential and interactive learning ensures her sessions are engaging, relevant, and transformative.
