Mr. Joseph A. Gasan is the Chairman of Gasan Group Limited, GasanZammit Motors Limited, Gasan Mamo Insurance Limited and several companies constituting the Gasan Group. He is also a director of several companies including MIDI p.l.c. and Main Street Complex plc. Joseph Gasan assumed the running of the family business in 1971 and in the mid-seventies initiated and directed an expansion and diversification programme, which saw the company grow its positions in the automotive and marine business and enter new areas of business, resulting in the evolvement of the Gasan Group to its present level of development.
