Tomasz Nawrocki is the managing director of SAD, Poland’s largest and fastest growing Apple retailer and supplier, part of Maltese-owned group Hili Ventures. Throughout his career, Tomasz has led teams to excel at advocating two of the world’s best loved brands – McDonald’s and Apple – and win the loyalty of millions of customers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. After setting out in banking at Poland’s Millennium Bank, Tomasz joined the Polish McDonald’s operation in 2001 as trainee manager. He moved to Premier Capital plc, a division of Hili Ventures, as operations manager at McDonald’s Baltics in 2008. Tomasz became McDonald’s managing director in the Baltic States in 2011 and relocated from McDonald’s Estonia where he was country manager for a year. He is now also a board director of Premier Capital plc.
